"Went there after visiting two other pool stores to get pricing for an above ground pool. We are more than aware that due to covid, pools aren’t going to be available til next year. The service was not good. The gentleman working didn’t seem to know anything about their prices and they didn’t have any sort of brochure that we could take with us. We mentioned other places we have been to and the prices they gave us . He stared at us and said “ummmm where?..... No one has pools right now” He then just directed us to their website and said we could check there. Overall it was a very disappointing experience after reading reviews online and knowing how long they have been in business, we were expecting a lot more. Needless to say we will definitely be taking our business elsewhere."
"Great place, the staff is knowledgeable and extremely helpful. I cannot tell you how nice it is to have people who actually want to help you even if you aren't there to buy a $30k pool. Free water testing is nice too. Very happy about the service at this place and will continue to use them for all of our pool needs."
