"No help to be found, I searched the aisles for an over 7 min on my way to the customer service station. ( this was on the 21st of December at 6 pm prime time for patrons to be in the store!) I finally found someone otw to speak with the customer service department. He assured me he’d find someone in that department to help me. Yet, left me there for 17 min. He never returned !? Very poor customer service ! After feeling exhausted n frustrated I was headed to check out & saw the employee that said he’d help me .. what did he do? He abruptly turned the opposite way & scurried off !! What a disappointment! I’m not from this area, but this says so much about the work standard of this company. Not the area but, this business particularly! I know pple that work in the surrounding area & in their place of business this treatment is NOT tolerated !! A 1 star is generous!!"
