"Ordered 2 dozen roses to be delivered to my gf on Valentines Day and when they arrived at her office half of the roses were black. The roses also cost $129 so I would expect better attention to product quality. One of the employees explained that they use extra delivery help on Valentines Day and the parttime people are not always properly trained. Bottom line, do not use this place on popular flower delivery days."

"This has to be one of the best florists in the country. Every bouquet is beautiful and amazingly inspired works of art. Not only that, the customer service is outstanding. Our salesperson Kim went far above the call of duty to make things right for my wife’s birthday bouquet. When things aren’t perfect they approach it all with good cheer and immediately rectify the situation, sending us brand new bouquets right away. 2 new ones actually. You can’t go wrong with this place. Kim whatever they’re paying you, you deserve a raise. Thank you!"
