"Flowers were beautiful. But were not delivered in time wake started at 3pm. When we got there we noticed our arrangement wasn't there so I called and they weren't even made. The lady on the phone said I'll give you the bigger one for the inconvenience but it didn't really look much bigger than the one we originally purchased. The sad part was pictures were taken at the beginning of the wake of all the flowers and ours were not in the photos. That's the whole purpose of bringing the arrangements on time. Thank you but will not be returning."

"If I could give more stars I would. Let me begin with the fact that my Mom unexpectedly passed last year 1/18/22. We were so overwhelmed with arrangements that we somehow forgot to order flowers. It was a late afternoon and I was driving down Pulaski avenue calling all flower shops to no availability. Finally, I called Petals from Heaven and Sophia personally waited for me to arrive even though they were about to close. Not only did she have patience with me but she made sure I got exactly what I wanted. Our story does not end there. After the funeral we were amazed by the quality of the flowers but the excellent service we continue to get. We have tried to make it a monthly thing where we order the same colored roses for my Mom. Not once have they failed or disappointed my family and I. My Mom’s 1 year anniversary just passed and once again we were taken back by the beautiful arrangement we received. Thank you to all the staff and a very special thank you to Sophia for always being so kind and going above and beyond to make sure we receive a beautiful bouquet or arrangement. We truly appreciate you all. We have almost a year worth of pictures of the beautiful arrangements we have bought from them but will only post a few pictures."

"I ordered colorful flowers for my sister's milestone birthday and they delivered nothing close to a colorful arrangement. Horrible. Don't buy here. You can see the difference en what they picture and what they delivered.i realize some colors may be replaced but that arrangement is missing other flowers per the description"
