"A dear friend’s mother passed away, and this florist was recommended as I do not live in Illinois. I was told that a picture of the arrangement would be sent to me prior to delivery, and it was not. I gave a budget of $150 and advised I wanted a planter With lots of fresh flowers. This was what was delivered to the funeral home. First I did not feel this was $150 planter and 2nd, they placed 3 flowers. Very disappointed in this."
