"The usual lady was not working today, and I could tell. The floor was very wet from the patrons walking through ice and snow. The lady who is usually there would have kept the floor mopped by the entrance door. Anyone could have stepped in the water and fell."

She did this at the Crownpoint location and I immediately walked out because she loves to play the victim and be a Karen. 10 o’clock in the evening and I can’t wash and dry clothes in peace because this person lives for drama I called the owner didn’t seem to care. Don’t worry I will not be visiting any ladybug, laundry, cleaners. I don’t understand how you can have ladybugs in Gary but have prejudice employees, in Valpo not to mention deranged."

"It's clean, convenient. New washers and dryers of many sizes. Friendly staff. The laundromat is 24/7, while the attendant hours are 8-6 M-F, S&S 10-6. Vending machines of snacks and laundry necessities too. Clean restroom. They even play music videos while you wait. I've been using this place for years."
