Tim, Josh, and Kevin did a great job. As the job took a few days, they kept me informed of what they were doing and what part of the project was still to be done. Highly recommend"

"I recently had an issue with the exhaust system on my hot water heater and called Regional Plumbing Heating and air. I was a little nervous having a stranger in the house, but before the vist the company sent a photo and a little bio on the technician that was coming. Evan called when he was on his way. Upon arrival he was friendly and professional. He took his time to examine every thing and gave me all the options. He even took the time to give me a quote for two of the options I was interested in. After I chose the option that best suited me, Evan and his coworker smiley came back within 2 days. They were both very polite and professional. They worked quickly and efficiently getting the job done in under 2 hours. They went above and beyond answering all my questions and concerns and cleaned up afterwards. I would definitely call them for future needs. I felt the prices were reasonable and customer support service was outstanding."

"Initially David came to do a tune up of my heating unit. David was very helpful and honest assessing my heating unit. He clearly explain the main issues and the potential solutions to solve my problems. After the assessment, I decided to replace the old unit and Rafael and Tim installed the new equipment. They were very cordial and professional. They did an amazing job in the installation. This is truly a great company. 5 stars for Rafael and Tim."

"Do not go with Regional Heating & Cooling. They have children working for them that do terrible work. You will not get professional work done & their workers have less than 5 years experience. Look at the terrible rushed job they did on ours $14,000 & I did not get what I paid for at all. I would have never cut them a check if I knew they left my home this way. Had them come back but not for 10 days or so later as they blew me off to take care of other jobs. They did fix the job & had to tear out some ducting. I had another half day or so of waiting around for them, when we had things to do. Now when I just went down stairs I have a drain hose laying on my basement floor as they used duct tape to attach it to ducting and not hangers. I have to spend more time & money inspecting and fixing their work. Ridiculous company & the funny thing is they would have never said anything if I didn’t reinspect their work. I noticed my AC was not cooling so well & when inspected throughly it had leaks everywhere on the installed system. My Nipsco bill was higher for this reason. I wondered why the worker did not want me to tip even after insisting. He still got a extra $20 out of me. If I wasn’t rushing to get to the fair to see my niece this never would have happened with them getting payment & I would have throughly inspected more than giving it a quick look. I shouldn’t have had to worry about it but don’t trust these guys it will happen to you. They took accountability for their shotty work, managements word not mine. It was hot that day but if the workers would have explained to me they will have to come back and finish the job I would I’ve been fine with a make shift setup to have AC til the next day , but they never told me anything & they took off. I don’t fully blame them as I blame Mike the owner, who is also the salesman who sold us our units. He should not have made it a 1 day job for them. I tried numerous times to talk to the owner on the phone but he was on a 2 month vacation spending the large profits he made from us. Every time I called for him his receptionist said he out of town on vacation. Never heard from him, ever. He never will address himself as the owner, we found that out later on. He ran and didn’t want to deal with it & all’s we got was a mug & cookies sent to us in the mail. I want a discount for all this unprofessional work, my time, and cost of me covering up more leaks on the system & hanging our drain hose back up. That sealing tape is not cheap. Call somewhere else for your heating & cooling needs."

"Quality service from this crew of plumbers! Evan and Jesse were friendly, punctual, and they confirmed expectations before proceeding. The home filter installation was completed in half the estimated time, too! Will definitely be asking for them again for our next home project."
