"Love everything about the Groom Room! We’ve been customers for a couple years now and have never had a bad experience. Our dogs are handled with great care and always come home looking and smelling great. Nicki works magic with our cranky guy. She’s great about letting us know if she finds something concerning … potential ear infection, sore, etc. The staff is outstanding, they are efficient, and rates are very reasonable. I love their scheduling & texting system … we get all our monthly appts scheduled at the first of the year and get monthly reminders. Definitely recommend!"
