"The room was not that great for nearly $300 for a night so we left and went back home to sleep in our own beds. My husband ate the pot roast for almost $30 a plate and the staff was rude. The casino it’s self is not fun like it use to be considering it is now all on one floor. The dealers were rude and the overall atmosphere was not pleasant. We wanted a fun night out but was so disappointed we decided to go back home. If I wanted to play slot machines we could have done it much closer to our home!"

"The pool was freezing. The room was clean. There was no mattress cover, just a fitted sheet. We enjoy our time when we go. Wish they would treat Diamond Members better. We were on a non smoking floor but the floor smelled of pot."

"Am staying here. Really nice rooms other than I really like hot water for showers; was not hot enough for me. Parking great in parking garage; no walking in the snow. Food excellent and plentiful. Have had breakfast, lunch and dinner. WARNING: if you get the nachos in the restaurant on the gaming floor, make sure there will be several eating them. They are awesome but enough for several people. All in all, a very pleasant stay."

"Front desk staff was not helpful. There was a glitch in our reservation due to a legal name change snd they could not figure out what to do. All documentation was presented and still they couldn't figure out what to do. Casino staff was AWESOME! They saw the situation and rectified it in moments. Didn't hesitate to be friendly and helpful. Hotel staff management needs to be trained better. Reservation was for non smoking room, they put us in a smoking room. Room wasn't particularly clean with cigarette ashes on the floor in the bathroom."

"Amazing staff, very friendly dealers, rooms are always clean and the beds are so comfortable. The only complaint is that the room only comes with 3 pillows. At check-in, just ask for extra pillows to be sent up to your room. Please be sure to tip you hospitality staff for bring up your pillows. My wife and I stay here 20+ nights a year, and it never disappoints."
