"They are completely unprofessional. I scheduled an appointment for my 2 dogs to be groomed at 4:30 about 30 days ago. I get to the groomer and no one is there. The groomer stated she left me a message saying she wasn’t going to be there because I was her only appointment for the day but I never got that message. My question was why would you have to reschedule my dogs appointment because they were your only appointments for the day? Being unprofessional would make you think that was ok. She offered to groom my dogs the next day after I spoke to her. After she groomed my dogs, I made another appointment in good faith. Hoping the next time would be better. Yesterday was their scheduled appointment for 4:30. When I got there…again no one was there. I received no call of early closure. This groomer is so unprofessional and inconsiderate."
