"Our sweet 9 year old sweet golden retriever has a rare autoimmune disease that’s progressive and causes him to have frequent seizures. Dr. Hazekamp (sometimes Dr. Zeleny if Dr. Hazekamp isn’t available) and all the staff have been instrumental in his complex care.
