She took the time to educate and inform about things I never knew about dogs and their hair. She is very thorough and her love for dogs is evident. Charlie can be so anxious, but she made him feel right at home and took things slowly. She updated me on all she did and worked her magic to make him look so handsome! Here’s a before and after shot.
