"For the past four years, my greyhound has been in the caring hands of the staff at Banfield Pet Hospital, and their level of professionalism and compassion have been nothing short of exceptional. Despite having moved out of the area since our initial appointment, I continue to make the extensive commute, purely because of my trust in this dedicated team. During our most recent visit, my greyhound was due for his annual comprehensive check-up and dental cleaning. Given his advanced age, I had some additional concerns which I shared with the staff. Upon picking him up in the evening, the attending vet took the time to carefully address each of my concerns, answering all my questions and outlining any complications they had encountered during his treatment. In addition to this, they provided a comprehensive report and even followed up the next morning to check on his condition. Such attentiveness, coupled with the Banfield Comprehensive Wellness Plan—which includes most of their services in a monthly fee—only adds to the incredible value provided by Banfield. Over the years, besides regular check-ups, we have also sought emergency treatment at Banfield for injuries and illnesses. Each time, they have been able to prioritize his treatment and provide prompt care. Although Dr. Molly Laurinas is his primary vet, he has been seen by most of the staff, all of whom have shown the same level of dedication and care. In conclusion, my experience with Banfield Pet Hospital has been overwhelmingly positive. Their unwavering commitment to providing the highest level of pet care, along with their compassion and professionalism, makes them a trusted choice for pet owners."

"When I had my Saint Bernard, Socrates, I took him to the Banfield in Merrillville. I loved taking him there, and he loved it there. They no longer have a vet at that store which is so inconvenient. They want me to go through a ton of traffic to a store where employees are not that friendly in Schererville. Their monthly plans are wonderful and help with costly vet costs, but beware when it gets close to the end of your baby's life, because you still have to pay every month until your contract is up even after they pass. They don't tell you that so I just want to warn everyone. Now we have a new baby and no vet like my Socky had because I refuse to take my baby to a store where people are ignorant. Merrillville is by far the best store with excellent customer service but no vets"
