"I would like to take a moment to recognize the security officer Phil who works at the Brady Sullivan Tower at 1750 Elm St. Every morning when we come to work, he greets us with such a friendly and cheery attitude, and a great big smile!!! When it rains, he brings us umbrellas as we are walking in. He is always willing to help us carry our stuff into the building. (You know some of us ladies like to carry a lot!!!) :-) And he ALWAYS opens the door for everyone and wishes a good day!! If he sees you in the halls of the tower, he always says hello! This is such a great way to start my day in the mornings!! (Along with coffee, or course!) It's really people like him who can make such a difference in someone's day with such a positive attitude. It just goes to show that chivalry is not dead after all and how positivity can go such a long way. Thank you, Phil, for all you do over here at the Tower. There needs to be more people like you in the world!!!"

Yes, I'm basing that on the common areas-- lobby, signage, cleanliness, elevators. ***For patients of CMC doctors who have relocated to the second floor here... be aware that the ONLY entrance for medical appts is around the back of the building! Found that out after getting dropped off at the front main entrance in the pouring rain."
