"I have been attending Kama Fly Fitness since 2014. The amount of strength I have gained is secondary only to the amount of confidence I have acquired and the friendships I have made! This studio is unlike any other studio I have attended! I have tried a variety of the classes including aerial yoga, split silks, Lyra, trapeze and hammock and literally love them all. The instructors are welcoming, knowledgable and know how to make adjustments based on where your level is. 10/10 recommend this studio. You will not regret it!"
