"Cracked screen display on MacBook Air with Apple Care+. Dropped it off on a Wednesday and picked it up with a new screen on Friday for $99. The repair process seems to work the same as the Genius Bar at an Apple Store. I'll come back here in the future."

"Horrible experience at this business! They charged me $70 up front for the “diagnosis” and then told me to wait the same day for the diagnosis. I waited and the same day the tech came to me and told me it was the battery and he had replaced it with a used battery he had in the shop and would sell to me for $25 which would be covered by the initial $70 diagnosis. He then told me that he wanted to keep my computer just over the weekend to make sure it was holding charge. I didn’t hear back the following Monday or Tuesday as I was initially told. I waited all week and went back at the end of the following just to be turned away again and told that it “wasn’t ready yet” and they were having a “tech employment issue”, so once again I waited. Another week went by and I heard nothing so i once again went back, at this point it had been 2 full weeks of keeping my computer. When I went in they told me the same thing, I just need a battery replacement and that they could order one for me. The same tech who had promised me the used battery for $25 was sitting right there and when I asked him about it he sat there silently shaking his head like he didn’t know what I was talking about. I spent $70 and waited two full weeks for them not to fix a damn thing! On top of that, the men working there are rude and come across very arrogant to customers. Don’t waste your money or time at this shop! *Edit* I would like to clarify that I was contacted the day before I came in for the third time, which would have been 1 day shy of 2 weeks exactly. That is the same day I changed my phone number. This does not negate the experience I had with this company although they are now trying to blame me for keeping my computer for 2 weeks and there being no change whatsoever, despite paying the $70. Take some responsibility!"

"Recently I brought in my 2014 MacBook Air because I was having difficulty upgrading my operating system to Catalina. When I spoke to an Apple representative I was immediately told to take it into MacExperience to resolve the issue. I arrived at my scheduled appointment time, and the guy at the front desk was very friendly, helpful and even struck up a conversation about the East Coast because that is where we are both originally from. By the end of the second business day my laptop was fixed and ready to be picked up. Earlier today I picked up my laptop, and I was pleasantly surprised to see that the operating system was upgraded to Big Sur, and that all of my files are there. Thank you so much for your amazing work because I feel like I picked up right where I left off before I dropped it off to be fixed. I don't know how many times I can say thank you. Thank You MacExperience. You guys rock."

"It may sound dramatic, but I went in hopeless and left happy! I had an old (like 11 years old) MacBook that I figured was dead, so I took it to them for a last ditch attempt. John worked absolute magic, and made me feel informed without ever feeling stupid. They were able to convert my dead computer into a functioning external hard drive! I’d feel confident with them working on a device again, and would definitely think about buying something refurbished. Staff was knowledgeable and honest."
