"I'm quite happy with the service I receive at Big O Tires. I have purchased several sets of tires with them, and have been disappointed when I have gone elsewhere. I purchased the protection plan on a set I purchased back in August. Fell victim to the "pothole monster" and took the car in. No haggle, no pro-rated blah blah blah. Just a free tire. I did have to pay for mounting and balance, but that is to be expected. Very happy with the service and prices, and I think Big O is now my "one and only" in the tire game. Highly recommend this place!"

"Having been a loyal customer of this store for about 20 years, I've been through several ownership changes and even more management changes. I've purchased countless oil changes, new tires and other routine maintenance work including brakes and otherwise. Disappointingly, my experiences over the past 6 months or so have caused me to take my business elsewhere. I bring my own full-synthetic oil for my oil changes. I always bring more than required as larger engines require more than the typical 5 quarts - but not the full 10 I brought. Similarly, the locking lug nuts require a special socket that was included with the vehicle... Likely with my oil. I'm not a raise my voice or demand "to be treated fairly" type person. I merely move on. Which is what I've done here."

"Made an appointment for oil change early. Called after 3 hours- the person Todd said it was being worked on and would be done soon. Called again around 5- he said it was still being works on. Showed up right before closing-paid because he said it was almost done. We realized we did not see it in the bay so drove around back and it was just being taken in! Todd lied to us multiple times that it was being worked on. It would have been better if he just said they would have it the next day or not take anymore appointments!!! They continue to take appts even though understaffed. Completely wasting my entire day! Stop lying to your customers.I will never return here"

"Highly recommend. Flat tire on a Saturday afternoon and they weren't far from the interstate exit. Todd and crew were patient, knowledgeable, and flexible. One mechanic/technician on duty and he handled 3 customers at one time with great ease. Plan to return for additional tires and would feel confident giving them a shot at performing other work on my vehicle as well. No issues as a woman customer. No up charging or push for needless services. No bullying. Glad to have found this place."
