"WHATEVER you do DO NOT take your car here.. I took my car here to get my battery changed because Auto Zone said they couldn’t do it, the manager claimed autozone did not want to do it even tho auto zone stated it was against their policy long story short they did not put my battery in right so I took it back and they just gave me a new battery they didn’t check to see if there was another issue not even 2 minutes after leaving the second go round my car cut out, come to find out they did not screw the screws on my battery all the way and also erased the entire computer system.. they do not know what they are doing and clearly don’t care! I would leave ZERO stars if I could they suck !!! You are better off YouTubing and doing it your damn self !!"
"Tried calling several times for tires. No answer. EVER. Went to another Walmart, said I had to make appt. No one was there for service. Hung around and in that hour, not one car showed up for service. The manager was so busy he sat in his own car on the phone. None of the Walmarts have employees who want to work. They just want the pay."
"I bought 4 tires here in the end of March and the service was good, but last week got a razor blade in my tire and need it replaced. I tried calling a few days ago a few times no answer. I tired calling today 3 times, I even called the Walmart store twice 2 answer. I even called other departments to get ahold of the auto department but still no answer. I dont understand how you run a business if you can't answer customers phone calls. What a joke this walmart is."
"Called and set an appointment for my two front tires to be replaced. Came in 15 minutes early like asked. They got me in and took care of me in just an hr. May seem long to others but for how busy they always are I have zero complaints. They were very respectable to me and other customers in line. Busy long days are stressful for everyone not just the customers."
