"I had them come and quote me one time for garage doors. Really high quote, below grade doors was offered, sales guy didn't know anything about doors. So I went with Precision Garage Door Services. Better quality, quick service, competitive price, knowledgeable people. But you want to really know what makes me upset.... 2-28-23 I was driving to work in my nice well kept vehicle. And one of their drivers in a commercial type work truck came over into my lane and hit my car. We pulled over and the driver apologizes and we exchange information. Tells me to contact their COO Ron Umberger. Finally get ahold of this guy and he tells me I ran into their truck. Yeah ok I am in the middle lane 465 west bound in between I69 and Allisonville Rd exit. Your truck comes over into my lane & runs into the passenger side of my vehicle. Thanks Garage Doors of Indianapolis! I wouldn't recommend your services or doors to anyone with that type of attitude. Beware folks this is a shady company. And watch out on the road for their trucks and drivers. Inexperienced driver from Venezuela driving in Indiana on a temporary operators license."
