"Contacted Fite Plumbing to do the annual certification of backflow preventer valve. The person conducting the test failed my valve, then I received a quote for $1100+ to replace and certify the new valve. Which I purchased a new valve myself for $79.99, hired a different company who when they came our I asked them to retest the old valve prior to replacing to find that it did pass, I did not need a new valve. Not very professional company in my mind and will never call them again."

"Had one of these guys come out to replace a tub drain assembly that I couldn't get removed. Had the parts already, just needed a pro to get the drain out. Plumber arrived on time and quoted me $650 to replace a tub drain......After quickly ushering the gentleman out of my house, I called Mishler Plumbing and was quoted $183 with service fee....We usually use Mishler but they are always busier than Fite.... EDIT: Fite recently called me concerning my initial review. The gentleman was very professional and explained to me that there was a misunderstanding of the services being quoted. I am changing my review to 4 stars as I do believe that had I used Fite after the call, the misunderstanding would have been corrected. I'm not making it 5 stars as Mishler did complete the service same day."

"The hot water heater in our office went down. I contacted Fite over the weekend and they beat a competitor's price and had the replacement done by Monday afternoon. Everyone was very polite and professional during the whole process. Excellent company and I would highly recommend."
