"Hi, I had brought my 2019 Kia Optima Sport to have the Window's Tinted. The Guy @ The Desk Said that my Credit Card wouldn't work. I knew how much Money I had. So I went to the Gas Station And the same Card Worked, Just fine. So they wanted me to pay cash. The Next day I took it @ 10:00 a m. The Young Lady kept asking me for a Few things. They told me that they Could Install a Remote Start. I got mine from Cruthfield, And the 1 they Installed WAS NOT MINE. Now my car has Tinted Windows, And a Remote Start that is Not working. Example: You go to Start it It will run the Battery Dead if you let it."

"My car needed a break change.i went to extreme because it was close to my house it took them all day long by the time they got done it was closing time. It’s a family business so I thought it would be a nice reputable place to get the job done .the next day I tried driving my car and the brakes were real long went back to get them bled it took them another day to get this done. The next day the rear tire was dragging when I use the brake plus I noticed the lug was missing a checked my other tires and they didn’t put all the lugs . Five other lugs were missing ilerll I took it to Car-X to have the lugs on them they told me they had to tighten the brakes because they were loose and that cause my tire to drag. I took it back to the place I just wanted them to know that the brakes were loose and the missing lugs missing and they call me a liar and that I made that up their friendliness disappeared and didn’t even try to figured out anything .do not use this place to get anything done .the mechanic that worked on my car needs a lot of practice before you can call him a real mechanic .im a senior citizen I don’t need this kind of treatment they didn’t even want to hear me out .i had to take it someplace else and pay more money to fix their mistakes"

"Got a quote from this company for window tinting and it was reasonable, so I made an appointment. I was getting the windows done on a 4-door Honda Civic. When I arrived that morning, the girl who opened the shop was rude to me, telling me that what I was requesting (35% tint, since that was the law in the state my car was being registered in) was a waste of my money and it would look like nothing was done. I told her this was the law in Alabama, where my car was to be registered, and she reluctantly agreed. I was told the day before that the tint would take 2 hours to be complete, which was fine, since I had to wait. I ended up being there for over 3 1/2 hours with no explanation as to why it was taking so long. Whoever tinted my windows, left foot prints all over the back door and didn't even attempt to clean the dirt off. 2 weeks after the tint was done, there were still tons of bubbles on my windows. I called and was told by the same rude girl that I would have to bring my car in and they would decide if they were going to fix it. I told her that I didn't have the time or gas to drive the 30 minutes to their shop, just to turn around and have to come back another day, so I asked to speak to the owner. I explained to the owner that I was moving out of state and wanted the issue resolved before I moved. He "claimed" that the bubbles were because the weather was cold and said they would go away in a couple of weeks (I've never had this issue with windows that I have had tinted in the past). He recommended that I turn on the rear defrost to help heat the window and cure the tint. Well, 8 weeks later and I STILL have bubbles in my tint and I have been living in a warm climate for nearly 4 weeks now. I called last week to request a refund and was told that the owner was "supposedly" on vacation, but that a message would be given to him and he would contact me to fix the issue. A week later and I still have not heard from the owner. So now, I'm not only out the money I spent at this company, but I'm going to have to pay to have the tint removed AND reapplied by someone else."
