"We moved into a house that was almost "all original" from 1976 Including the crawlspace that was all mud a pit by the entrance and we simply plugged in the sump pump when it rained. Having never had a crawlspace before I assumed all of this was normal. Until we had 11 inches of water in the crawlspace. Sump pump had Finally given up the ghost. When I called Northwest Crawl Space Repair Stephanie was super friendly and walked me though the initial estimate process and what to expect. Micheal came out and was very knowledgeable and honest. Then within a few hours we had our estimate broken down into several options. No pressure to upgrade or sell us anything, a simple lay out of what we needed and what we could potentially do in the future. We scheduled a date for the work to be done and everything was finished in 3 days! We hope to do encapsulation in the future and will definitely be calling Stephanie, Micheal and their crew back out! They were all wonderful people to invite into our home. With Kids, Cats and Great Danes it can be a little nerve racking to have new people in the house. However everyone was very friendly and They made sure everything was clean after each visit and took pictures as they worked to show the progress. I would not hesitate to tell anybody who asked me, they should definitely hire Northwest Crawl Space Repair."
