"We have had nothing but problems with the quality of the roof install that was done by this company in 2015. First, they bent up my gutters on the front and back of my house during the install and I requested them to replace one of the gutters which they did. Then shortly after the install, pieces of shingles were falling off the house in the back which they installed with finishing nails. Now the roof is leaking along a ridge where siding meets a lower part of the roof. From talking with other roofing companies that came out to look at this, A&L subcontractors likely reused old flashing vs. installing new step flashing. They did come out and put some sealant along the ridge but said that they could not guarantee that this would stop the leak. The quality of this roofing job has been subpar and you have to call this owner over and over again to get any kind of response. We even recently asked for an estimate to repair this leak properly by installing new step flashing for this ridge in the roof along with a new siding estimate and weeks have gone by with no response.The owner even said the GAF shingles were showing too much wear for their age and he was going to file a claim on my behalf to GAF but he never followed thru on that either. I can understand and sympathize with other issues going on like family but please delegate follow thru to others who are in business with you."

"We do NOT recommend this company A&L roofing and siding. We purchased a house they had remodeled and their work in our opinion was incredibly sloppy and unprofessional. We have a horrendous cat smell and can’t even use a part of our home because the subfloor had major pet damage was not replaced before the new hardwood floor was installed directly on top of the rotten subfloor. Well the stench is so bad the new floors don’t cover it up at all. They did attempt to fix this issue but in the end could not and did not fix it so now we have had to live with this disgusting stench and can’t even use the bedroom because the smell is so bad. We had several other issues as well with the work not being done professionally, we recommend spending your money on professionals elsewhere!!"

"Bought a new home with windows installed by A and L. One window was leaking. After calling for several months trying to get them to come out and take a look at the window when they finally showed up they said they didn't caulk an edge. After applying the caulk which took five minutes they then sent me a bill for $90 even though the issue was their fault. Ruined the drywall and paint on the inside."
