"This location is a Toyota Dealership that I am writing about. The Sales Manager is a joke.(Shorty)This character didn't even know that the car I had inquired about was on the lot..He said it was still on the road. While waiting for an appraisal I found the car in their lot. After getting past that..he wanted to affix a $5,000 DEMAND tax on the car. Well (Used) cars are in Demand as well. He wasn't attaching a Demand Tax to my trade in. Also the appraisal was off a couple of $$$$. It was like they moved 75th Western to Calumet City. The Dealership name should more like"Take Advantage" I guess every city has to have Shysters."
