"Was suppose to get a couple things done here, a drive belt replaced, front brakes & a gasket to repair oil leak. Why would a professional do the job but do not clean afterwards. Did not replace belt nor did he clean the oil from the leak. I had to take my car to another shop to get belt replaced & cleaned. Beware! A response to the Owner… I did Not ask you to disregard replacing the serpentine belt (why would I?) although I did ask you Not to replace the clock spring because you told me that it may program itself but if not that I would have to take my car to the dealership, I did exactly that! You seemed irritated/upset that I made that decision which was best for me. As far as cleaning the area where you repaired a gasket you left the oil there! How would I know this if the (BMW) dealership didn’t tell me?! When I returned to your shop several times you were Not available."
