"My review is strictly for my experience with the front desk staff. The whole experience is substandard care. The moment you approach the desk you’re met with the most unfriendliest people. You would think interacting with people who are sick or seeking medical treatment, would be met with some sympathy or kindness but that has not been my experience. Your staff appear annoyed and untrained. Either morale is low from overworked, underpaid employees or they chose the wrong profession and you need new staff. My experience with the nursers and doctors does not reflect this. They have all been wonderful!"

"Always behind at least an hour every appointment that I've ever had, front desk staff are rude and you can hear staff talking about other patients while in the room waiting to be seen. No privacy. Takes days to hear back from anyone when message left or through portal. We use several IU Health offices and by far this is the worst office in Bloomington."

"Dr. Palomaki was wonderful and really listened to me and wanted to get to know me. That is rare in Healthcare nowadays. The check in girl was courteous and my nurse Lexi was great as well. I have been through 3 NP’s in 3 years so was frustrated and it took 9 months to get into Dr. Palomaki but it was with it. I felt she truly cared and responded quickly ( nest days!) with my lab results."
