"Can I give this office 10 stars???? This office made it easy. Setting up an online appointment was easy too. Upon arrival I was welcomed and the office was very clean. NP Ritter was excellent at developing a treatment plan just for me. Staff was friendly. I felt like I was treated like family, and that is very important when I see a healthcare provider. I would recommend this office to anyone."

"The NP Dina was excellent. She was attentive, patient, thorough, and wanted to be sure I understood everything. The facility wasn’t very clean. The person at the front desk and person I spoke to on the phone were neither one helpful or very pleasant. I had to pay $200 up front before I could be seen and I was told if I overpaid my insurance would refund me. Right or wrong it was worth it for me to get help."

"WARNING: DO NOT PAY UNTIL YOU ARE SEEN BY A PROVIDER. I WENT YO THIS LOCATION 12/21/2023 for an urgent care visit. Upon arrival, I was charged $125. After I paid, the receptionist asked what I was being seen for. I explained. She said they could not draw labs and I needed to go to a physician's office. She stated she was unable to refund my $125 and that she had to email someone. I asked to be CC'd on the email. I have not received anything. The receptionist was Kayla. She refused to provide her last name. The pending charges went through and I am disputing with the assistance of my HSA. The receptionist was rude and not helpful. Poor poor service. Hopefully I'll get the $125 back. Do not recommend. Gave one star because I was forced to."

"From the moment I entered the WellNow Urgent Care facility I felt treated like a human being, unlike the local VA facility that my service in the Marine Corps supposedly earned me. I was seated a short time and later escorted into the exam room where the smiling and congenial service provided by Nicole greeted me. Dina, my knowledgeable nurse practitioner easily honed in on my diagnosis and sent me out with my list of medications in short order. I thank the friendly staff for their help during my time spent at WellNow Urgent Care office on Franklin Road, Bloomington, Indiana."

"After a long few days of dealing with a fever with my son, I came to the clinic and they got us in and checked out quick. The doctor was so kind and she answered every single question without being dismissive! I’d definitely choose here over my sons regular provider."
