"I feel bad complaining because I had decent experiences with Alexis previously. However I got a lash lift + tint last time with her and she texted me about an hour or two before to reschedule for earlier in the day saying “can you please come right now”, so that she could go somewhere else, then was clearly in such a rush and honestly aggressively rubbing my eyes the entire time she basically burned my under eyes with rashes and they were red for days afterwards. Honestly it was just a very very painful experience the whole time and I was heavily tearing up from irritation, pretty sure she skipped steps bc the lift didn’t even last, and felt like the absolute minimal effort put in possible. Then i got a tint + lift elsewhere and they were much more gentle and it was like 10000% better experience."

"One of the worst waxing and curling experiences I’ve ever had; the lady didn’t even introduce herself and seemed very mad for no reason. She told me to lay on the table and didn’t even ask me what color for my brows I wanted and got dye in my eye; in addition, the curling of my eyelashes took only 15 minutes and she left glue at the edges that I had to fix at home. Very unpleasant experience; I do not recommend this place."

"Alexis originally gave my daughter a lift and tint on her lashes and i wasnt very happy with the results. I contacted Alexis and let her know and she was very quick to offer another appointment. Unfortunately my daughter got sick and its was over 2 weeks before she could go back. But Alexis got her in immediately and the results are amazing. Her lashes are so beautiful. They are lifted and tinted to perfection. Im so impressed with Alexis and her professionalism and her work. 10/10 would recommend."
