"The staff At the pharmacy area is very rude and mean, They make you feel bad because they don't want to deal with you. Instead of helping you they just wanna look at the computer and say you don't have nothing instead of looking and taking the time and helping you. If you don't like your job and you don't want to deal with people because that is part of your job, you shouldn't be working at cvs Because medicine is very important and when people need it because of their health. That's serious so yeah c v s is very rude!!!!!"

"I had a vaccine appointment at 8pm, which I made online through the CVS app. I received multiple texts from CVS reminding me of this appointment at that time. I got there, and the pharmacy had closed one hour before. No one was available to give me my vaccine. A helpful staff member said that the store had no night manager. Get your act together, CVS. If the slot is not really available, don’t make it available on the website. And above all don’t send me multiple texts about an appointment you don’t intend to keep."

"I never write reviews for context… BUT THIS IS THE WORST POSSIBLE PHARMACY I HAVE EVER BEEN TO IN MY ENTIRE LIFE!!! I WOULD RATHER EAT CHALK THAN DEAL WITH THEM AGAIN!!! They claimed my prescription was never sent by my doctor despite CONCRETE proof on my medical records. On top of that, they have taken almost 3 weeks to get my medication in stock. Sadly they still did not order it and i had to switch to an off brand med. Apparently they just hire anyone to work there, because the tech actually ASKED ME what the medication does and what it’s used for. Not to mention, this is a necessary medication I need for my hormones, in which has drastically effected me. Overall, I would give them a negative review If I could but I have to spare the one tech that sounded like they had some common sense. DO. NOT. GO. HERE. PERIOD!!"

"This CVS experience has been absolutely abysmal. We have never been able to get ahold of a human when we call. The stores hours have been incorrect for more than a week causing us to come to the store multiple times when they are advertised to be open when they are not. My prescriptions have NEVER been ready on time. Every time I have come to the pharmacy I have been told to wait for 45 minutes to an hour, even when that have had the prescriptions for days or even weeks. Absolutely terrible store, I will actively be discouraging my friends and family from ever using any CVS ever. Shameful."

"While this pharmacy is chronically understaffed, they are always trying to make the best of the situation. Yesterday, i was out of my blood pressure medication and feeling very bad as a result. For some reason, my doctor's office keeps prescribing this medication in a quantity i cannot afford, and so every month I have to ask the pharmacy to reduce the quantity so that I can afford to get it filled without running out. Well, yesterday, I was out, feeling pretty bad, and facing a frustratingly long line all day. I couldn't even pick it up on my lunch break bc I didn't have time to wait. So evening rolls around, i finally get to the counter and still need to have the quantity changed. Even though the pharmacy only had TWO employees, they dropped everything and quickly fixed my prescription while I was at the counter so that I didn't have to wait! I am so grateful! This is going above and beyond!!"
