"When we called for a free estimate they worked around our crazy schedule and came on a Sat. They explained everything as they inspected. Showed us exactly what needed done and how they would do it in detail. They were here on time and was right to work. Finished everything a day sooner then expected. Walked as through and showed us what they did and explained how the new cement would effect the humidity and what to expect. From the salesman all the way to through thier team was super nice, respectful and went to length making sure we knew what was happening and why. I was fortunate to see thier ad on YouTube. We knew we had to have work done but really no idea who to call. I would definitely refer anyone who needs basement work done to make this call."

"Erie basement Waterproofing tried to scam my father. Signed him up for Waterproofing and gave him $10,000 off if he would sign up that day. Very high-pressure and badmouth other companies. Sent his contract to a spam folder without any paperwork including his financing. When he finally found it they told him he could not cancel. Had to get a lawyer. Realized they’ve only been in Indianapolis for a month as of November. Promised him a lot of things that they would not put on the contract. Stay Away. Update. Was contacted by the company to dispute what happened. When to argue the facts which is irrelevant. Realized they are completely different company than Erie home services which does and other stuff when I attempted to contact them."
