"They Let my tenant authorize $600 dollars in repairs without calling me first, even after my tenant told him he wasn’t the owner. tenant called me to tell me they tried scheduling directly with him again. Don’t trust these guys. Also the repair they apparently did, didn’t work and they don’t guarantee anything."

"Fridge was working fine and they sent a guy that didn’t know what he was doing to fix. Then after he left ice stopped and now fridge stopped completely! They are closed for a week but if they do not come and fix their problem then I will update and be taking them to small claims court! Fridge worked fine until they showed up!"

"It took 7 weeks for a part to come in and another week to install (20 min job). The office is not on same page as technician. Technician talked to parts person while at my house and said they had a compatible part that would take 2 weeks tops. This would have been ideal for my appliance that is more than 10 years old. However, office somehow decided to order a new part from Samsung (Japan?? - Hello supply chain!!!!). Then they decided to wait to schedule an appointment with me until after the part got in (not when it was confirmed that it was arriving). That little friendly idea would have save me another week of living without a Fridge/Freezer. Overall, not very efficient at getting things done, and not a lot of communication being shared across employees. Office manager didn't seem to care either. By the way, their prices are high too. $130 each time they ring your doorbell. Regardless of how small of a job it is."

"Very good, professional service. I got an appointment in about a week, with a three-hour window. The repairman called and showed up in the first twenty minutes of the window. He fixed both my washer and dryer (he had the parts on hand) in 90 minutes. Nice guy, obviously knows his stuff!"
