"Found a screw in our van tire. Called and talked to Robbie. Robbie said they’d do their best to work in. Which is great, since I didn’t have an appt. Took the wheel loose, and Robbie expressed concerns about it. Luckily Jeffrey, the tech, did an awesome job and was able to save my tire. Really appreciate the hard work by both gentlemen."

"In for a new set of tires, and the shop's impact gun stripped two wheel studs. Not entirely the shop's fault, but accounting for the age and mileage of the car before using an impact with too much torque could have prevented the $1000 fix to replace the entire wheel hub assembly on both front wheels. The balance of the brand new tires lasted ~100 miles before getting a strong vibration in the wheel over 60mph, confirmed and fixed by a reputable shop. Overall a disappointing experience, I'll stick with Discount Tire in Portage."

"This place is phenomenal! Start to Finish.. the staff is very friendly, helpful, and professional. The building is clean and the prices are very reasonable. I've been here for two tire emergencies and both times they have bailed me out and we're so gracious! Thank you especially to Justin who has been so helpful to me each time I've been in there! My husband gets his oil changed here and the price is good for that as well!"

"They were very helpful and friendly about doing some warranty work on rotors. They did not charge anything to do the warranty work. It's nice to know when a large amount of money is spent, that the company will be good about honoring the warranty in the future if needed."
