"had a great experience at this place! I needed to replace a gold chain necklace that has been too long and thin for my daily wear. they speak English, mandarin, and other languages here fluently. There were two people behind the counter and I was helped right away. They brought out many options for me to try and I found one I loved! they take all credit cards. I also really appreciate that though I started browsing the 24k options, they recommended I look at 18k and thinner chains than I'd initially considered. They recommended what really suited my needs instead of trying to convince me to spend more money, which is great service. I'll definitely come back for future jewelry needs."

"My parents came into the area to visit, and we went to the store twice since we didn’t know it was closed Sunday. They bought a 20.3g gold necklace to give to family, but we realized that we got scammed. We should’ve done our research on the gold rate because we were told it was $107 per gram and thought the jewelry store seemed trustworthy enough to not try to scam and just took their word for it. We found out when we got home that it was $53 per gram. Parents leaving tomorrow and they close early so there’s no way of going back to the store, and since we paid in cash, I doubt they would’ve refunded for being caught in the act. Beware and do your research."
