"One phone number for 10 offices, only option is to leave a message or go to patient portal. I left 12 voicemails, sent 5 messages on the portal, and my primary care doctor left 3 messages... with zero responses. Please do not waste your time here."
"This office is total chaos. They cancel appointments without notifying you, and take you off the doctor's schedule to add you to a nurse's schedule, never asking or informing you. MRI or other test do not get read to you for months after having them. It took months to get the order sent through to insurance and radiology. Then I have it finally, and can't hear results. The Dr has to read it to me. My Feb 5th appt was moved to a nurse, for mid Feb and he has nothing until April or May! Total joke"
"Waited over 3 months to be seen after a TBI, to find out the doctor is out of the office that day. They have zero openings and can't see me for another two months. Unprofessional and unacceptable - 1 Star is too much."
"Dr Rau has been a great doctor since 2014. The frustration comes in with front desk & medical records. You can never get in touch with anyone to make an appointment, ask a question or get medical records after at least 5 attempts. Think twice."
"My doctor is awesome, but everything else about this office is an absolute joke. They don't return phone calls, nothing is ever done proactively, and good luck getting ahold of anyone. Last time I called I was waiting for someone to answer for a half hour. My pharmacy tried calling for a refill authorization, but got no answer. I called today only to be told that they can't refill it without me coming to the office but they can't see me for 2 months! No one reached out, so now I'm half panicking because I don't have 2 months left of my meds. Good luck going without for 2 months, I guess!"
