"I always bought my glasses there with protection. But it turns out that's the biggest mistake. I did getting the protection waste of money. I lost My glasses riding in the high way I tired to explain Customer service My situation and they told me I had to get every piece from the glasses for me to get an exchange. Risking my life looking for a piece of glasses in the highway I rather not"
"It is rare for me to post something bad. However. My family spends a stupid amount of money in this store annually, with shopping and gifts. Most of what we wear, probably comes from this establishment. After gifting several items to each member of the family from this store for Christmas, one item needed to be exchanged. My daughter tried, but didn’t have a receipt as it was a gift. They said they would refund .48 cents, because it was the lowest amount it would be sold for. It was five days after Christmas. So I went in. The employee told me that it looks sketchy to return something without a receipt. Thank you, young girl for the scolding. Could you be more rude? Never mind the fact that a scan of the tag would immediately pull up any information you need. (Yes, in retail that’s actually a thing) but that’s not the point. So I gave her my receipt, and she reluctantly refunded it so I could then regift it in a card. Thank you for the tedious, disrespectful experience. The literal thousands of dollars annually will be spent in a different store from now on. Customer Service? What might that look like?"

"Purchased an online order a few weeks ago and the shoes didn’t fit. Went to several locations to exchange my shoes and they unable to assist me. Came into this location and was greeted right away! They took great care of me. Brandy the manager was very nice and sweet and knowledgeable. She made my exchange a great and fast experience! Thank you Brandy!!! ☺️"
"The store is always clean and organized and the staff is friendly but not overly helpful. I usually find what I need if I need a sporting good item ASAP, but their prices are not very competitive with most online retailers, so I rarely shop here. Overall it's convenient to have this store on the NW side of Indy."
