"I have to say that Nora Elementary holds the most phenomenal AYS staff. From Mr Jacob, Ms Dia, Ms Monica and Ms. Andrea, they all do an amazing job. Communication wise, making sure your child is safe, they do activities with the kids, even help with homework, they’re always smiling and so welcoming. Nora has the best AYS staff period, and I absolutely love that for me!!!! Great Team!!!!"

"Don't you DARE be late paying your invoice! They will not hesitate to “terminate your contract” without even reaching out to make you aware. Make no mistake, this is strictly a business…NO interest whatsoever in children’s wellbeing. One would think that to be in this field requires at least the tiniest amount of compassion and understanding of children, families, and their situations. I really wish I didn’t have to give the one star required to submit the review. I do want to clarify a couple things…First, the actual staff they hired to physically oversee the kids were great, no complaints from me and my daughter thought highly of them. Also, I completely understand that this is a business and that requires revenue to operate and be successful.. But the manner in which my situation(s) were handled were very aggressive and unprofessional and no communication. I would get up an extra hour early and drive across town if that’s what i have to do for childcare before Id be treated like an invoice again."
