"Very good sales and marketing. The actual services, not so great. Be careful what you are being sold! In my experience, I was told they had protocols for dealing with chronic insomnia. They did not. I heard the same thing for people who were admitted for eating disorders. They didn't have ED specific programs. I was repeatedly told, by multiple people, that the maximum out of pocket expenses would be limited to my 1k deductible. I would discover that they secretly bill some things as in-network and others as out-of-network, so they can take advantage of both deductibles. After my two week stay, I started getting bills from $5k-$60k. I was calling the billing department weekly to dispute a bill. It felt like they were just sending me bills to see if I would pay them. If I disputed it, they would tell me to ignore it because it was incorrect. Months later I received a final bill which was 6 times more than I was originally told. I was able to settle for 'only' 4 times more than my original quote. The staff was great, but sometimes ill equipped for the more severe mental health cases they were handling. The whole experience felt very predatory. I was sold a product that didn't exist, which cost me 4 times more than I was quoted.YMMV"

"This place is amazing. I was there for 30 days and the staff and nurses are nice and treat you with love and respect. The instructor's are passionate in there classes and try very hard to help you out. The food and gym are great and there movie theater is five stars."
