"Seems like a good company. Customer service has been fine so far as well. I ordered a half rick of seasoned firewood and it arrived very wet and muddy with a couple small pieces of glass and gravel in the load so there is a bit of extra work to get it ready but speedy delivery was nice."

"I wanted to update my review because I was so impressed by the customer service delivered by Carey that I had to say I would definitely use them again. Their responsiveness to my concerns were above and beyond. It’s good to see this level of attention to business. Sadly, it’s very rare these days. I was impressed initially with the ease in which I could order and have firewood delivered. The $75 delivery charge is a excessive, especially when they have two people in the truck, which only really requires one person. The wood I received could only be classified as minimally OK, much of the wood is almost kindling size. The photographs below show how much trash and dirt I had to dispose of after the firewood was delivered. Appears to me they use a Skiploader and you get the gravel, the dirt and trash along with your firewood. I will only use this company again in a pinch. There are other better options out there.r"

"Best team around! We had a really difficult time with getting a dumpster team to work with us on the weekends. The owner himself took the time to make every effort to accommodate us. He picked up on the weekend including Sunday to ensure the neighborhood would not get into our dumpster! They have the best prices in Indy! Trust me I researched for days since we needed multiple for just exterior work. They are just amazing! Billing was simple and customer service was impressive! This team is all I will have we moving forward!! Thank you so much team Haulstr."
