"There was a period of time over the past few years where the service was horrible but over the past few months it has been great. My order is correct every time. They also know me now from my frequent orders and call me by name when I come in. Great service. The employees are always working hard now."
"Qdoba used to be one of my favorite places to go, especially their breakfast. Unfortunately, over the past few years it has gone way down hill. I’ve been trying to give them chances to get things right but my last visit will be my final one. Food doesn’t taste good any more, portions have diminished dramatically, and service is a hit or miss. Not worth going back anymore."
"Service here has been in the decline for the past couple years with multiple more orders issues(stuff missing, different toppings/ingredients completely wrong). Just finished picking up an online order we placed through the official Qdoba app, and instead of a normal sized chips and queso, we received a small bag. We asked about this and were told "Well there's a thing on Doordash that explains we are out of the normal sized bags so..yeah". That's great. We didn't order through Doordash though, and we checked after and there is no warning about that. Asked if that meant we were just paying more for a small, the only answer was "I guess, I don't know what else to say". We asked to just have a second bag and got it, with the reply "It doesn't really matter to just give a second small bag" Overall just..a weird interaction. Train your employees more with how to handle issues like this because I guarantee many people are getting wrong orders tonight with no warning."
"Ordered the soup with chicken. Hard time finding any chicken, twice as much beans. Not very tasty. Chips and guacamole, robbed. Very tiny cup of guacamole and handful of chips for over $6. Guacamole had so much lime juice, inedible. Disappointed."
"Went here for dinner with my family was a little hesitant because other Qdoba, I have gone to haven’t been the best. This location was very friendly as soon as we walked in the door service was very quick, and the staff was great. Our food tasted amazing."
