"Extremely disappointed with this office. Needed a Notary Public, called at 5:43 pm and was told he would be there until 7 pm. At 5:50 pm arrived and waited in line. Got up to register and was told "Oh man, I can't believe he did that. He just left." I told him, " I just called." He said "I know I heard him tell you he would be here. I'm a notary public, but I am new and not comfortable doing anything without the manager." Not to mention last week when they notarized something, it was done incorrectly. So if you want it done right, go somewhere else."

"Just left this location Thursday night January fourth. Two young gentlemen, working that have clearly not been trained well. The line was out the door. And when I asked for a signed copy of my receipt, which was requested from the UPS website because I had $1000 insurance. he looked at me like I was an idiot. I’ve literally had this store sign multiple receipts yet they told me I needed to go to a customer service center 40 minutes away. Try and train your staff. I’m so sick of this location constantly being a headache but what’s to be expected when it’s owned by a person and not a corporation. Go anywhere else because this location is only motivation is to take your money the smallest box they have is $17 minimum which is a dollar at Walmart."

"Crystal was super helpful and friendly as well as professional during my return transaction. It was quite a few items and roughly 30 minutes from closing. She was pleasant the entire time and helped me get everything out promptly! Thank you so much for your help!"

"Very bad experience. I went in yesterday the 21st at around 4 hoping to get some assistance with notarizing some papers and printing but was given zero help. Instead they talked down to me and I instead had to drive to Indianapolis to get help. In Indianapolis they were very friendly and helped me complete everything smoothly."

"No follow through or communication. I realize it is not the franchise's fault that UPS damaged a package I sent in January. But when I couldn't get through to UPS customer service, I was eventually told the store would make a claim on my behalf and that I would be informed of the status. I called once a couple of weeks later and spoke to the employee who helped originally. She said there was no update. Weeks later I went into the store and spoke the someone who said he was the manager. After going to the back for several minutes, he said my claim was denied because it was too late and basically SOL. He also said the employee who handled the original matter was no longer working there. After much discussion, he agreed to see if there was any thing to be done further and promised to get back to me. Three weeks later, no response. Again, I understand the store is not responsible for UPS' handling of the package. But the failure to follow through and bits of information (which I have no way to verify) only when I press says they don't give a care. My past experiences at this store had been positive, but I will never use them or UPS again."
