"The doctor and staff really listens and cares about their patients. It was our first visit here (we were going to another vet) and our puppy was happy to go in and loved everyone she was around. At our last vet, she didn't like going there and we had to physically pick her up to go inside. The price was reasonable, the visit was calm and we feel all our concerns were addressed. The dr was personable and everything was very fast, which I find positive as our cat just had some gunk in her ears. "Incredibly thankful to the team at Vista Hills. My dog stopped eating and began throwing up non-stop within a short period. He'd recently had ACL surgery and we had to change his dog food, so we thought his weight loss was just him becoming more active. However, when he got sick we took him into the team and they were immediately alarmed at his posture and weight loss. We had x-rays and they were inconclusive so they pushed to get him in for an ultrasound. They found a spot that was problematic and - again - urged for surgery to find out whether it was operable or if it was something worse like cancer. It wound up being a stick that had ruptured and blocked his intestines quite bad. The fact is that the staff saved my dog's life and I'm forever thankful. He's not out of the woods yet, but tonight he ate his first meal at home and got all his medicine. The team at Vista all took a personal interest in Gambino. They were up front about the risk, they all prayed for his healing, and they were as emotional as my family was. I really am so thankful for these amazing people."
