"Automated telephone says my script will be ready in 2hrs, but when i arrive, it's not ready and won't be ready for 3 more days! Ridiculous! I have ready fill for all my scripts & i still have to call my refills in every time. Also, wait times in drive thru & inside are so long & frustrating. Two years ago they were never like this! They have really been slacking in ALL aspects of the pharmacy! Wish i could switch easily to another pharmacy. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL!!! So sad!"

"The CVS on Smith Valley Road in Greenwood is very slow. I waited in the drive-through for over 30 minutes and once I got to the drive-through window they closed it so then I went inside waited another 35 minutes in line to get my prescriptions. If I didn’t need them that day, I would’ve left and came back, but I needed it so I stayed to get them. It doesn’t matter what day or what time you go to the CVS they are always backed up no matter what even if they have enough people to work. So, if you go here to get your prescriptions, just plan on waiting for an hour to two hours before you can get it, and that’s only if they have it they are always out of stock of everything."

"Tried to get these antibiotics flavored for a little one so called over the phone to see if they can get it done. They filled it, great, but the point was to get it flavored. When I got there, they told me the flavoring doesn’t work and has been a problem since yesterday… They could’ve told me this over the phone. How audacious of them to even be baffled that I questioned their lack of common sense. Maybe being 24/7 isn’t a great idea, their brains are fried."
