No vets in my area had openings so we can here and saw Dr. Sheff he was amazing and got our little Patsy Cline feelin her best. Very impressed with everyone at the office you can tell they really care. Wish we lived closer because we’d make Dr. Sheff our primary vet"

"I came here last week after my kitten was struggling to recover after her spay procedure. This was the 4th emergency vet we tried to go to that night. The two women I interacted with were super kind and put my fears at ease. I even tried to hospitalize my kitten over night for thousands of dollars in a state of panic, and the vet urged me not to, using her best judgement. She also advised against me pushing for additional testing, when some vets would take advantage. They were right about my kittens condition and she recovered in a matter of days after the medication they provided me. All in all the cost was not nearly as bad as I expected and I will definitely come back if any emergencies happen with my pets in the future!"

"We got Dr. Gust, he was kind and really sweet to our pup last night.. even the ladies taking care of our pup beagle were amazing. We were taken in right away and cared for. They explained everything to us and gave post op instructions on paper and emailed everything to me. I highly recommend them if you have an emergency!!"

"The staff and Doc Levos were WONDERFUL!! I called at 11pm crying, asking for help with my dog. The woman on the phone was so comforting and kind. It was an hour drive but the second we got there we were helped. Doc was straightforward, answered all my questions, gave some insight on prognosis, and was kind. One shot, a bit of cheese, and some medication prescriptions later back on the way home; my handsome boy is SO much more comfortable. The information from the visit has been sent to our home vet, so nothing was lost."

"They put my baby kitty back together. She was playing with her brother on the cat tree and she fell and her belly slid down the side of a plastic table corner and literally ripped her from chest to between hind legs, maybe 4 inches from her tail. It was horrific and I’m usually the calm one in situations. We wrapped her tight in a towel, taco style to keep her belly together. When we got there we were one of the ppl waiting and an employee came over and started to get us registered. She asked to see the wound and she skipped paperwork, we went into a room about 3 minutes after that and when the doctor came in he was so kind. I cannot remember his name, but he explained that I’m not a terrible fur momma because the skin on kitties stomachs apparently is really thin and it can “…have a tendency to rip and not impale”. So they took her back. She went into surgery and I went to get something to eat even tho I wasn’t hungry. I ended up sitting in the fast food parking lot and fell asleep (we had been up night). I got a call that surgery was done and then all the details yada yada."
