"We went to Roses a little while ago. My granddaughter had to use the restroom and I asked for the key (like the sign said) and the cashier said "Did you even try to see if it was unlocked? " so I went back and it was locked. I saw another associate stocking shelves and asked her if she could let us in. She was very pleasant. We went into the girls room and there was no toilet paper, no paper towels. The restroom was a complete mess. She was unable to use the bathroom at the store. At checkout, another customer was looking directly at my mother and talking to her. I asked my mother "what did she say? " In a very calm tone. The cashier looked at me and snapped "SHE WASN'T TALKING TO YOU SO YOU CAN JUST STOP FREAKING OUT ABOUT IT". I said "I wasn't freaking out" she said " Sounds to me like ya we're". I calmly said " No, I wasn't. There's a difference, and you'd know it" at that point rude cashier #2 gave rude cashier #1 (the one who snapped about the restroom door) a look like she was about to snap. I took my granddaughter's hand and told my mother I was going to wait outside for her. I'm generally a very nice person, but 2 employeese we're unnecessarily rude to me within 10 minutes and it was uncalled for. If they we're having a bad day, they need to learn not to take it out on their customers. I will also be filing a complaint with their corporate office. People that behave that way do not need to be working with the public. They are giving Roses a bad reputation and I'm not the only one that thinks that way. They need to be retrained or go through anger management."
