"This place reminded me of the old Noah’s west side before they built the big fancy building and adjusted prices upward to pay for it. All Pet has very friendly staff. They got my pup in for an urgent visit without charging me $140 “emergency” appointment. The doctor was very competent and made good recommendations. Very reasonable prices. I might just switch here permanently!"

"All 3 of our cats and our 1 dog go here. They just moved across the street with nice and fancy new equipment. But the level of care my crazy animals get is always 5 stars. They've always worked with me on the fees with the vaccine scheduling. I won't take my fur kiddos anywhere else."

"I dropped my dog off at 7:30am for a spay appt and was not notified until 4:30 that they simply didn’t have time to do a spay surgery.My dog had fasted all night and starved all day. I had scheduled this appointment over a month in advance to arrange my schedule. It appears they will either cancel your appt for being 8 minutes late, or if on time, starve your dog for no reason all day for no reason without telling you. Choose another clinic. ** I was never offered any options or even consulted on rescheduling. This has been misrepresented by Mr. Docks. I was not contacted when the surgery could not proceed (and neither was the shelter I was working with). Rather I was called and told the spay did not happen and I should pick her up 30 minutes before closing. I was speechless. The shelter was called near the same time. No one communicated anything about giving my dog food or water. To my knowledge she had neither from 8pm Tuesday to 5pm Wednesday FOR NO REASON. I am a responsible dog owner with a huge amount of patience for helping professions. This was completely unacceptable and I am appalled at the response from Noah’s implying that they took steps that did not even attempt. I have emailed Mr. docks with no reply."

"PLEASE, don't let the appearance of their current building fool you! These folks live up to the Noah's Pet Hospital reputation for quality care, compassion and reasonable prices. Staff provided excellent customer service, loved on my sweet girl, and answered a ton of questions from me (I had a list!). Not only thoroughly checked over my rescue girl, but took time to educate me on how to care for her even better and things I should know specific to her breed. Our girl had a great time, loved the attention and got a toy to take home! I'm so glad they're going to be moving into a newer, bigger space across the street - they deserve it and our neighborhood needs it!"
