"I purchased a 6ft three prong electric dryer cord and tried to return it as a cord came with the new dryer I bought. Upon entering the return line at the Greenwood IN store I was informed that anything returned after a 90 day purchase date was not refundable!! I then asked for an in-store credit and that was also denied. I certainly understand that a policy needs to be in place for seasonal items special order items etc. But for a branded regular stock item that is still on the shelf that day in the store they still would not give a credit or cash. This will be the last time I set foot in any Lowe’s store going forward, I have spent thousands of dollars there in the past on appliances, Trek decking just to name a few things. I certainly have other options with Home Deopt and Menards!! All of this over a $27.00 item and they choose to lose a good customer!"
"My wife and I had the best service from the outdoor and garden area. We wanted to purchase a fireplace that was marked down because of damage. We wanted to plug it in to make sure it worked. Rocco found an extension cord to plug it in and found a screwdriver to take the back off then got a tape measure to see if it fit in the car then helped us load it. Rocco went above and beyond normal duties and was extremely friendly. We will definitely return in the future."

"We ordered our washer and dryer and had it delivered and installed. They gave us a window of 8-12 and by 8:30 they were already there! Tony and his delivery partner were very friendly and very efficient at getting our appliances moved in and installed. They were done with the installation even before 9 o’clock hit. They showed us how to use everything and Tony was very good at explaining everything we needed to know about our new washer and dryer. Would definitely order again if I could!"
