"I don’t like this pharmacy. Their lack to answer their calls is rude. They let the phone ring, pick up the phone and place you back on hold. They need to get their customer service skills up to par. They have many elders and disabled people in the area that need their meds or have questions. I waited on the phone for 10 mins with no answer."

"Got a covid/flu test here and got my results within the hour. A necessary good in todays day and age of medicine, shout-out to the pharmacist Janessa who helped me get tested and made the process as easy and effective as possible"

"This is a very poorly run pharmacy - we have been waiting two days for a critical medication for our child who just had surgery, if he doesn’t get the medication he will go blind. Our doctor has confirmed and resent it in three times to this location and yet they claim to have no record of it. I showed them the screenshot of the medication sent in and they acted like I was crazy. They didn’t even offer to call the doctors office to get it sorted out. Their customer service skills are absolute garbage. We will never go back here and quite frankly if anything happens as a direct result of not getting this medication in a timely manner, we will sue."

"The employees are very nice and helpful, especially the blonde young gentleman at the cashier. Usually stocked up only downer is the pharmacy can take 10+ minutes."

"I've been here only a few times since I work at Daley College down the road, and each time I have been here the service gets worse and worse. Earlier tonight, I was picking up a couple of things before I got on the bus to make the trip back home to the north side and when I got to the cashier line, the guy cashier said that the lady waiting in line behind me was there before me - no she was not. But, he let her pass me up. Overall the cashiers here are really slow, and don't even give you their best service. The last time I was here, I asked for a bag to put my things in and they didn't even give me one in which I had to carry several items in my hand in an hour plus commute home. I don't think I'll be coming back here. They don't seem to care about customers at all, and actually, I would say that some of their cashiers lack common sense."
