Ryder Truck Maintenance Shop 140 Commerce Drive, Pelham, AL 35124

"Stop by here my check engine light was on also my DEF light was on but the tank was full, talk to the guy inside he told me he didn't have any technicians at this time she was out on a call. I had to wait. When the technician showed up she took a look at the truck hooked it up to the computer she came to the conclusion that I had a shortage in my DEF wire harness she said she could not fix it they didn't have the harness and it would be okay for me to continue to drive by the way I was headed to Orlando Florida. So with no options, they had no rental I drove down to Dothan Alabama went to another Ryder shop. Larry the technician was able to fix my truck. and guess what it wasn't a shortage it was a bad fuse. That Ryder shop did not stand up to the Ryder reputation this is a disgrace for the company I'm a company driver and we expect more out of our Ryder shops. They told me I could call around to see if another shop have the parts. They was no help. This gives the company a bad look."
