"Bought a tire with warranty from them and had a tire get damaged. When I asked if they could check if it was that tire, they said they needed my paper receipt. I said I was told they should be able to see that in their system and Jim Parson’s who claimed to be the manager (he isn’t) told me they had a new system and he couldn’t see that. He then lectured me about keeping paper receipts and told me to bring the car to him. Once I got there, he told me he still needed the receipt (why did he ask me to drive there then?) and lied for another male employee that came out and cussed at me for not having the paper receipt. The older lady that works there then came out having not been present and has always been rude to me, and told me to leave the property. I spoke to the owner after that who told me Jim had lied and he could see I had bought the tire with them and was able to see the serial number Jim was requesting. But he said he needed the tire. At this point, I had taken my car to someone else since she told me leave and they had disposed of the tire. The owner implied I made that up and refused to help me any further. Everyone I spoke with said if I had a complaint then call GoodYear. I did, THIS PLACE IS NOT GOODYEAR OR ASSOCIATED WITH THEM. They are allowed to sell good year tires but they are not associated in any other way despite portraying themselves to be good year including having their corporate number be that for good year. SCAMMERS plus rude and liars."

"I've used them now for three of my cars. Bought two sets of tires. Rotation and balance visits. Always had a positive experience. I know more than I let on, and have never been offered anything I didn't need.Options were given with explanations and they honored my decision. Pricing is fair. Wait times are reasonable. Staff are knowledgeable and skilled. I've never had to return because of a problem. What more could you ask. Much better experience than the last tire store I used in the area and will never return to."
