"Slow oil change, 1 person at desk, register wasn't working, had to take all customers to sporting goods. FINALLY finished my car, 2 people couldn't pull up my ticket, 3rd guy comes over smd pulls it up, 2nd guy says "Thanks for making me feel Special Ed!" I gently said "That was Highly Offensive!!!" He apologized.... called the manager as soon as I left...I am a special needs mom, either way that is inappropriate language.... what does he say at home and how is he raising his children to speak... WILL NOT BE GOING BACK!!!"
"Shop manager runs a tight ship! Carly (I believe) was very professional and fast. The other walmart shop over in hoover took an hour to find someone who even knew how to ring up a warranty replacement, and then realized they didnt have the right tire anyway. These folks, on the other hand, had me in and out with the job done right in that same amount of time and the warranty honored. Don't bother with Hoover, just come here instead."
